I have just received a reply in response to the marketing letter put together last week with some input from you guys. 

Before this forum I would have just sent out a standard letter with the price and contract term included. HOWEVER...............

Much has been written on the forum about 'quotation packs' and 'portfolios' and would like to apply this type of proffessional approach to this quote for a local housing Association.

Any ideas of what to include, what format to present it in and wording would be gratefully received.

Samples of successful ones also welcome.  Once completed I will, of course, share theem with anyone who askes as I did with the Marketing letter last week.

Hi Gaz,

 Any chance of that copy.  Have already written to some of my more prestigious commercial customers asking for some testimonials for the quotation pack so am ready to put the rest together.

Do you want a copy of the testimonial request letter of do you want to wait for the full quotation pack when I have comleted it ?

HI SARILL:COPY OF EVERYTHING PLEASE. Was that request for mojestics info  request for my atrtention,never done it but if hes a member on here type in search ,should give you his link to his email address if you click on his name,only an idea.
