Do you currently have a sole car for window cleaning.

I've just got rid of my car for a van and managed to transfer my no claims
ot the van. Not many company's do that.

I went with Swinton, didn't accept the first quote and got them down to £270
  for a Fiat Scudo.

WITH a 60% no claim bonus, I pay £413 to Direct Line.  I actually pay rather more but I choose to protect the bonus and have legal protection cover.  That rate is for a W reg (2000) Ford Escort 1.8 diesel van.  I don't know how you would calculate a zero %no claim bonus from that.

Please don't anyone pay out for added legal protection, you will find that they are not interested if you try to use it and you will probably have sufficient cover with your policy, if you pay your policy by way of credit card they will most likely give you legal help too (as advised by my mate who is an insurance broker)

I just insured my expert van direct line this year £308 fully com protected  and legal cover. But this year they wanted an engneers report how the tank was fitted.

Comercial Vehicle Direct £306.12 fully comp protected and legal cover and breakdown and home start. And no report required.
