Title: Looking at truck mount,who's best customer service?
Post by: brianbarber on July 19, 2010, 09:11:17 pm: Further to Jim Neal post, as I am seriously looking at a truck mount this year,can I hear from you TM guys which companies are giving the best after sales service?

Prochem machines have always been ultra reliable and their service is also first class.
I wouldn't stray far from these two if you want to be sure you're in safe hands as far as backup is concerned.

i approached prochem and hydramaster.

both excellent to deal with but i decided on hydramaster as i built a good rapor with john gotts. he was a joy to deal with, very straight talking and above all, confident in his products. i certainly haven't regretted my decision, all at hydramaster have been brilliant to deal with, customer service is beyond excellent, i could ring john, martin or craig right now and one of them would be there to help me if i had a problem or question.

i can't praise them enough and when i'm ready for my next truckmount i know exactly where i'm going.

Post by: richie on July 19, 2010, 11:00:31 pm: As imon mentioned both Prochem & Hydramaster are probably the ones to go for, If you have a problem out of hours ou wont get anyone at prochem but chances are you will at Hydramaster. Alltech also are good (or so iv heard). Its a good idea to get to know a few experienced truckmoun users aswell. There are a few that have many many years experience in the truckmount field and could help you solve problems over the phone. Where abou in the UK are you?

Post by: andrew christopher on July 20, 2010, 07:58:24 am: The back up from John Kelly is excellent at Restormate, I have had a prowler for about a year and am really happy with both machine and the back. Genaral carpet cleaning advice has been invaluable too.
