How to wipe a cill off.
How to ask if a woman who answers the door when you knock if she has a regular window-cleaner and when she says no and looks like she wants a quote you are able to stop yourself from gawping at her generous cleavage and cum-on smile that she uses to try to gain a discount.
How to price up a 3 bed semi-detached house on a regular monthly clean, with no conservatory and unlocked back-gate.
To be able to identify the difference between a carbon fibre water fed pole and a BOAB.
What course of action to persue when out canvassing you accidentally come upon an area of residential properties displaying a 'NO COLD CALLING' sign.
How to discuss in an adult fashion a complaint by a customer about the quality of work they have recieved from you, even if they are being unreasonable, it is the 'time of the month', your van has broken down/been smashed up and how to rectify the customers complaint.
Answer em all and you're a qualified WFP operator (Winker For Poland)

i think that was about it, all i know is my phone would go and someone would ask where we were working that day and a blonde in a nice skirt turned up and followed him about for a while then sit in the car she arrived in and he answered a few questions. this happened for a few months then he got a certificate.
I asked how much for me to do it and was quoted £1300 so i declined
she was not bad looking though and had a few contacts on various sites that she gave me contact details for ;) unfortunately i was already sub contracting from the guy that had the contract for most of the site but she meant well

But no-one did ask you ;D

The first part of the course was mainly H & S stuff.
No-one showed me how to clean a window though so I'm still totally in the dark about how to do this. Hope the customers, some of whom I've had nearly 20 years, don't notice :) .
A fair bit of the stuff is unlikely to ever be relevant to me as I have no interest in using cherry pickers, cradles etc. But it has to be directed for the wider audience.

Some of the responses remind me of a few window clreaners I know who knock WFP. When questioned it usually transpires that they have never used it and heard Fred/Bill/Dave down the pub saying it was rubbish.
