go to job screen / ammend details , you will then be able to delete -unless the job has any transactions, then you cannot.

Hi
As far as I am aware you can't delete an account as daz says- after all, the software is a day to day record of the work you have done. If you deleted an account after a few years, then this would cause havoc with the accounting sytem. Just mark it as complete and it wont effect your work schedule. (if you mark your address as nil cost, then you can schedule a regular clean for your own windows as well.)
I would also recommend that you keep 1 address per customer. If a customer moves out then mark that customer as a completed job. If he continues with your services at another address, then start a new job as a new customer. If you obtain the services of the new tenant/owner of the first house then record that as an entirely new customer. The system will advise that this address exists on the system already so just accept that and continue.

Yes you can,
Go to jobs, click on the job... then Amend details, then click completed .
Gone, ;)

That doesn't remove the job completely.
To remove, double click job to be removed, select history, click on work done, click amend, click reduce or delete the cash recieved, click ok, repeat for each transaction for that job, double click the job again, this time there will be a box that says "delete" click that ....... job done. ;)
I f you do do this it WILL alter all of your figures from the start of the job untill it is deleted, ie, a £10 job done 10 times will reduce your total eanings figures by £100.
