Still assessing equipment for a new start up business.
If I were to purchase a AirFlex turbo - triple vac 600psi extractor will I be able to get away with having to purchase a van?,
I have a Toyota Prius,
Many thanks,
Gwyn

You would need a van for sure ,, in any case a prius is worth at least 6k so you could get a nice van and a proper car for that. ( my Mum has a Prius, she loves it , I think it is a joke)

Just looked at Toy. Prius on ebay - no, I dont think you would get it in.
Maybe if you had an estate with a flat floor for loading like Volvos used to be then ok.
Get a van, get some signs on it - make yourself look a pro.
Have you looked at the 3 vac Scorpion as a machine. Well established and good reputation.

The newer multivac / high psi machines are too big and heavy to be shoehorned into hatchback cars. I've used a little Suzuki Carry for the past 4 years and it's amazing what can be carried in it.
Previous vehicles have been Transit, Sherpa, Courier and a variety of hatchbacks ( in earlier days ) I had another two ( small vans ) Honda and Diahatsu and these are brilliant for this work as you can park easily, get into spaces, down narrow paths, etc, when others can't.
The machine you mention and a few others can be run from such a van but not from a car as it lacks the height.

seen on the clean smart website they do an airflex mini single or twin vac

I have the Airflex Pro 135psi twin vac, it is not any smaller than the turbo as it shares the same casing, a bit lighter at 38KG. Its easy to load and unload into a van but you would struggle to get it into an estate car.

Thanks all. I must say this is a great site with people willing to help. Thanks again Joe

I have the Airflex turbo, brilliant machine but agree no way it will fit into an estate or similar. Joe has the right idea and I think to start with a vauxhall combo would do, or an older model citroen dispatch cheap to run and buy and you will get most of your kit in, you can even run the machine from the van if you want. I use a Movano which is like a walk in warehouse ;D

Just took a look out of interest, the mini is a different machine and only 80cm high, the Turbo/pro body is 105cm

Think you would also have to look at the insurance issue with carrying gear in the back of your car i think?

I've just taken a look at the website, and I stand corrected the Airflex Mini looks like a new addition to the range as it was not showing on the webiste or in the showroom a few weeks ago when I purchased my machine, and according to the sales blurb will fit into a car or an estate car.
