How much would you expect to charge for gutter clearing, I have a small 3 bedroom house today that I told her I'd charge £25 for front and back, dont really think there's much if anyrhing to clear, she's just moved in and she's worried they may be clogged up, also gutter cleaning, I'm guessing some people would want these cleaned on the outside especially if they are white plastic and mildewey looking, would these be two seperate jobs / charges, anyone have any kind of pricing structure on this ?

on a normal 3 bed front and back £25 per side and if the have a side that goes to a point £20 for that to that includes cleaning gutter out 2 and if they have side buildings would be more

£3.50 per metre or £4.50 per metre if they want in and out done.
Theres a guy on here charges £7.50 a metre cos he flushes them out ;D ;D or so he reckons
