Title: Choosing Cleaning Supplies
Post by: paul b 1965 on July 11, 2010, 02:21:54 pm
Hi all

I am new here and have recently set up a commercial cleaning company. I have been doing domestic for a yr.
I may win a pub/restaurant cleaning contract next week for 2 hrs a day. Can anyone advise me what i should buy? My starter for ten is:
Equipment:
-henry
-dry mop
-wet mop and bucket

Consumables
-Hard surface trigger sprays
-trigger spray for use in toilets
-Floor cleaning for using with mop
-cloths - to be used for both getting off stains but dusting too
-soap
-toilet rolls
-paper cloths for drying mirrors after they have been cleaned
-rubber gloves

Does anyone know a decent company that does next day delivery nationwide or at least all of SE england?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
Paul

HI PAUL,

ITS MIKE AGAIN, I USE A COMPANY CALLED NORTHERN ENVIRONMENTAL, THEY DELIVER NEXT DAY IF YOU ORDER BEFORE 3PM, THEY WILL ALSO DELIVER TO THE JOB IF NECESSARY, THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THEY GIVE GREAT ADVICE AS THEY EMPLOY THERE OWN CHEMIST AND DEVELOP PRODUCTS, GIVE THEM A GOOGLE AND ASK FOR A LOAD OF SAMPLES THEY WILL BE THERE NEXT DAY.

I use northern environmental too and agree with mike wholeheartedly.  www.nenviro.com.  Its free delivery for orders over £50, although I'm lucky cos I can pop in when I run out of stuff as they are only 2 miles away!

Cheers
