HI

If you charge your customers monthly, but pay your staff weekly, some months there is 5 staff pay days! whats a round this?  ???

Hi

Either charge your customers 4 weekly or times your weekly charge by 52 then divide that by 12 which will give you a calendar monthly charge which would work out.

52 weeks won't be enough.

It should be something like 57 as this will cover for holiday pay etc. So 57 weeks divide by 12.

Unless you have added the hols in the price already
