Title: Marked windows

Cleaning a couple of newish flats yesterday and the windows at the back looked like they were just manky, looked like there was dirt running down from the flats upstairs. Tried wfp, nothing. tried trad with a rough sided mop, nothing. HELP

Could be limescale from a dripping overflow. Depending on how long it been like this , a bit of viakal should shift it. If its been on ages, then it could well have etched into the glass.
