We have been booked to carry out an EOT including carpet cleaning & have now been told all products must be natural, non toxic & perfume free - Please advise on where to get these & what you recommend I have done a web search & these items are very expensive against the chemicals we use.
Also may need to post this on CC section but can you get Natural CC chemicals?
Many Thanks

mmm you've confirmed what I thought Martin ::) even eco chemicals seem to have a perfume scent by adding natural oils ::)

1 Clean the house with the normal products then ozone the house overnight - lie to the customer :-X
2 Tell the customer such products don't exist and where they do you cannot say how effective they will be and how long it will take
3 Put in a price so expensive they will want normal products

Just returned her email - explained can't remove bad lime-scale & grease without using decent & scented chemicals (in a round about way) ::) :-X
Thanks for confirming my thoughts havn't been asked this before just wondered if there was something available

MRD (mineral deposit remover) is non toxic (i think), bio-degrable, and i think unscented (at least i've never noticed a smell from it) and it's a fantastic lime scale remover, often better then the toxic lime scale removers suggested on here.
although vinegar and lemon have a fragrance i thought they don't have any perfume which is what's being asked. i can understand this request as i often have customers who say they react to any perfumes and tbh i find usually don't like the perfumes used in many products, even the eco ones. the issue with this clean is i bet the lady doesn't want to pay any extra for the request.
it's very possible to do a good eot clean using the products she has suggested on a house that isn't too bad. if it's say ex student then you'll most likely need stronger products like bleach to remove the mould.
