Title: Awning Clean?

One of my customers has asked me if i can give there sun awning a clean! It is fabric with coloured stripes and has dirt and mould around the edges!!

Does anyone know the best way to clean these?

Post by: richie on July 07, 2010, 10:47:41 am: Karen, maybe i should have explained the jetwash way. As you have said, apply anti mould type cleaner then rinse of using a jet wash. You dont need to go like mad with the jet wash just hold the lance about 2 or 3 feet from the material with the pressure between 800 - 1200psi.

Been doing what Richie mentions above for the last ten years without problem & good results. Mainly for retail outlets but also on domestics. Just check the quality & thickness of material and adjust psi accordingly
