Title: cleaning cig waste from floor

hi all.

i have been asked to clean concrete floors on a regular basis.

these floors are where smokers stub out there butts etc.

i can only use pressure from a tap supply.

are there any chemicals to help with this process or would a cold water pressure washer do the trick?

Steam cleaning machine have to fix the problem.
