Title: Pension schemes for employees
Post by: Jenny1 on July 03, 2010, 12:37:59 pm
Hi,

I have 5 employees and was wondering if I'm required to get a pension scheme in place for them?  I read somewhere that you need to offer one when you have 5 or more staff but today read that you're not obliged to.

If I do need to, can anyone recommend any pension schemes?

Thanks.

Hi Jen
yes u do and your bank will have one

You don't run the scheme or have to pay into it you only have to have the details of one for any employee who asks

It's the usual , as an employer you have to wipe the staffs.....chins for them
