Title: EOT STUDENT HOUSES / WHAT TO CHARGE

EVENING ALL

TOMORROW I START TO CLEAN 47 OVENS FOR A LANDLORD WITH STUDENT PROPERTIES, HE CALLED ME TODAY AND ASKED COULD I CLEAN 4 X 6 BED HOUSES EACH WITH TWO BATHROOMS, VAC CARPETS, WIPE DOWN PAINTWORK, SPARKLE CLEAN TO BATHROOMS, CLEAN INSIDE KITCHEN CUPBOARDS, CLEAN WINDOWS INTERIOR ONLY AND MOP ALL HARD SURFACES, COULD ANYBODY PLEASE GIVE ME AN INDICATION AS WHAT TO CHARGE.

It depends on the type of house - we used to do a lot in Nottingham in old three storey Victorian houses where the skirtings etc were old with 100 layers of paint and very pocked and it took HOURS to clean them. Add to that the lack of hygiene of students and we found them to be very hard properties to make money from as no one wants to pay the price we needed for them.

About £250 to £300 each.

And get a steam cleaner!

thanks dianne 7 cleaning team, went in a bit cheap I think but geyying good profit on the oven cleans.
