Just out of interest how long do you think it would take to clean 7000 sq ft of commercial carpet using a truckmount.

I know there are many variables to take into account just after an average time.

area over 3 floors multiple rooms corridors stairs etc etc.

Also depends on how much furniture you will have also to move around s that is sometimes time consuming mate..

Derek,
About 700 sq m

Would take about 7 hours doing a LM Clean with a Team of two and would double this if doing a deep clean based on a Team of two people again but does depend on the level of soiling, furniture, hose management etc if it based over 3 floors it might be easier to do a LM clean

Doing the schools last summer we could do 700 sqm in a day easily as a single 2 man team. You'll be surprised what you can do when you get yourself organised and get your a r s e in gear!
