Title: ROUND FOR SALE IN NORTH WEST

Hi,

I have a round for sale which covers the St Helens area.

Frequency: fortnightly

Earns: £400.00 per week

I have had rental offers of which I am considering but would like to sell the round instead.

I am open to very sensible offers but I am in no great rush to sell so only contact me if you are serious.

Sorry to all the genuine chaps out there but there are a few nutters ha ha

I may split the rounds depending on offers so let me know..  I will also do first clean with the buyer

Thought u sold 99 percent of ur work around 12 month ago?then ur last round 2 or 3 month ago? I take it this is freshly canversed work?if so wat u looking for realisticly for it?
