Title: Easy to over complicate this business

Still class myself as somewhere between a newbie and a beginner, been a few months in the planning to get this far.

up a ladder today doing a first clean on one I canvassed Friday last week and realised just how simple this business really is ... Canvass / Clean / Get Paid / Happy Customer / Clean / Get Paid and so on.

Looking back I've been guilty of over complicating the business... in my head at least (too much thinking and not enough doing)

Motto from now on is KISS (keep it simple)

Getting my van signwritten this week with before and after photo's of conservatory cleans featuring on the 2 rear doors ... will post pictures when done.

Dinner break over off to do some simple canvassing now  :)

Thanks Tosh I knew that but left the stupid bit out as some people easily offended on here lol

The window cleaner whos buying my work from me is from the wirral. He recons there are some nice estates round you way.

ian, i have been wfp nearly 9 years, and still learning, everyday there is something new you learn, keep it simple, tell them the best clean ever or there money back, works every time,
