Title: Anyone tried this company ?
Post by: kinder clean on June 28, 2010, 11:05:17 am
www.heartcommunications.co.uk

They take your calls in your company name, from 99p per call you just divert your number to them.

Just wondered if it might be a better option than diverting calls to our mobile, I'm sure the percentage that get through is very hit and miss depending on your location and if your on the move.

Anyone use this company or similar ?

Cheers

Paul

Never had a problem with divert call and far cheaper.
99p per call is outrageous.
When I get diverted calls to my mobile I tell them
I'm just coming off the motorway and will ring
them back in 2 mins.
Then just use free mobile minutes to call back.

sounds like a silly idea as you don't get to talk with your customers, instead someone who doesn't know anything about your business will have to answer their questions.

Yes, the mobile also acts as a filter and shows the number
dialling so you can just cancel call if it's 0800 or any of the
others.
