I start at other side of house to van (furtherest away) then do all tops then go back and do all bottoms and finish at side of house with van. Is that how others do it or do some to tops and bottoms of same side the other side of house and do tops and bottoms of that side?

Yeh work back to van, tops at back, bottoms, then tops front and then bottoms then away.

Don't you find you are still getting drips from tops if you do bottoms of same side straight away?
-
I try and work tops first all round, then bottoms all around, same as you do. But there are exceptions to this, mainly 3 storey town houses.

Yes you do but I always go back and check the bottoms at the back before I go.

Check a window!?!?!? Im in the van and gone ;D

im just finding my feet with wfp so im still doing tops first then dragging hose round the side for tops then the back tops before doing bottoms front and back(trad)or work bottoms from the back to front so im not dragging the hose around twice!
i have a lot of compact work so i find im cleaning say 3 fronts tops before working my way round the backs tops!!
im all over the place at the moment!! ::) ::)
i find what helps with the drips is if i go over the sill twice with brush(water off).thats seems to stop most of the drips if you want to get on with the bottoms straight away

I always start from the bottom up, that way you always have pure water runing down on your windows. And always start front to back that way you can reel all your microbore in in one go. ;)

This is how I do it but the chap that works for me starts at one end and does top, bottom, top, bottom all the way along the side he's doing, I did try to get him to do it my way but to be fair we get no complaints so cant really argue on that one

I think the bottoms up comment refers to each pane of glass.
