Some advice please.

What would you charge for a 4 bed end of tenancy clean. I was thinking £150.00

Depends on what needs doing fred, we do about 15-20 eot a week and every job is not the same! Feel free to email me if you want any help on prices :)

Hello 'Oneills onb' i am interested in branching out into eot cleans.. Can you please tell me a little about what it involves?, equipment/chemicals needed?

 am i right in thinking the properties you clean are empty?? and are you contracted to estate agents? i have a basic carpet cleaning machine so that could be part of my service i offer.

I hear getting involved with estate agents can be tricky, any advice there?
