Title: do you use your flat surface cleaners with hot water?

just wondered if you use your fsc's for large areas of greased up paving or do you use the fan lance with hot water? also if you do use your fsc do you still run it to 200 bar with hot water or lower the pressure so its hotter water?   its mainly for large areas im talking about?  thanks  :)
