I was in B&Q getting a Gas Bottle for the oven cleaning the other day and asked the woman behind the counter about the "RD".... She said, "Between you and me, I wouldn't bother, we get nothing but complaints about wet carpets and resoiling....!"

I nearly choked on my tongue ;D ;D ;D

Oh no, here comes that Carpet Cleaner bloke and he looks like he wants an argument.

Just tell him they're pooe and he'll go away.  ;D

I asked about the Rug Doctor in my local B&Q about 12 months ago and got pretty much the same answer.

Was in my local tesco the other day and noticed a brand new rd stand. As i walked past i overheard a couple saying to each other  as they scornfully looked at it,"what a load of crap that was, never again."
