Do they have any specifics?

Mornings, weekends, evenings?

How do you intend to do it WFP out Squeegee pole in?

Do they want the roof panels done?

looks like it could be a right pain on the insides from the view on the pic?

im suprised its even getting cleaned at all - alot of places like that just dont bother spending the money but will like good once cleaned up well.

it prob go around the £300 mark, but its hard to get it spot on from a pic.

Id have thought the inside could be done with a pole early on a weekend morning.

Assuming that is the case Id have thought £250 would cover it quite adequately.

Cant be more than 3 or 4 hours tops.

I would say the price to put in for it would be about £285.00 no more than that.

PR if you are refering to me been stump in which I am not but the person who asking might want more. But i would personnel price it at £285.00 to get the work, and it would take no more than 4 to 5 hrs.

Cheers everyone for your help,

This job will require cleaning on a Saturday/Sunday morning so as to minimise disruption.

I too was thinking of wfp the insides, since it’s only a car park stairwell it should be fine.

Anyway I haven’t actually seen the job in person yet so as soon as the Mrs Gets home we are jumping in the car and going and have a look.

One more thing this job is 29miles away from where I live!!

Will take some pics and post them later on.

Cheers

Stuart

With added Painintheass factors I'd say £500 + VAT

I have heard that.

I don't believe the hype personally.

I would take a full day and a weekend day to boot.

You better start, there was a budget today.

£500 for less than a day, is your name J. DeMarco?
