Title: soot
Post by: md_cleaning on June 19, 2010, 06:32:40 pm
This might well be a stupid question, but I've heard lots of comments that customers have made soot stains worse by hoovering and rubbing it in, now while I've never had much trouble with soot I have a big soot job on tuesday and have just got a scrubba from extracta so am wondering would I be better using that or the wand? Any thoughts?

As long as you're using ultrapac renovate followed by a good acid rinse, I should think the Scrubba will be fine....

You will be fine.
The UPR releases the soot from the fibre with the help of agitation, then you rinsing away via the scrubber.
