Hi all :)
I have a house to clean on saturday with modern brown wooden frames, do these give any problems WFP??
I have only cleaned a few houses with UPVC frames so far and they have come up well, just a bit nervous bout this one!!!
-
hte worst that can happen is it may take more than one clean to get right. plenty of rinsing should do it. when i do my own windows which are stained wooden georgian style they come up fine.

how do you do your georgian windows? Do you scrub each pane then rinse off as if its one sheet of glass all the way down?
-
I do some hardwood frames and they are great. No problems with them.

wood frames no problem 8)
rotten wood frames with peeling paint .. more rincing >:(
clean brush head well.
chops - sorry butting in - georgian - scrub each pane then rince the whole thing.

i scrubbed each pane on the first cleans now i treat it more like one big pane of glass .
like always its all in the rinsing

sounds like I have been doing it right then, Was worried that they would not come up good with all the water dripping of the frames around each pane (If you catch ma drift).

Thanks for all the replys guys, you have put my mind at rest a bit now :)
This property also has a lot of ivy growing around the windows on one side, will this prolong the water running down the wall onto the the downstairs windows??
