No, this is a carpet cleaning forum, but without being Lieutenant Columbo, I think an alteration and repair shop would help, if not you could google it, if you have herd of google ?

Ouch, did you have a bad hair day? Sarcasm doesn't become you and is the lowest form of wit. By the way it's "heard" not herd you pratt.
If you are going to be less than helpful then at least spell it right ::)
No, I take that last sentence back..... If you are going to be less than helpful.......don't bother answering perfectly reasonable posts.

Unlike you, a professional "carpet cleaner and leather restoration business"  got in touch, my customer is now sorted and happy. Many thanks you know who you are. :)

Idealrob.........it wasn't you just in case you got confused.

As someone who calls in other peoples homes I often come across situations where I can help with a problem, or can give the name of someone else if I'm unable to assist.

Maybe it's having a caring / helpful nature that's won me a lot of repeat customers over the past 25 years and one of the reasons I've had so many referrals over the years.

Like yourselves, we too have all of the above, and have been doing so for 54 years aswell, probably the main reason we have Teesside best window cleaning contracts & customers, the same with our Teesside dry cleaning factory, and getting there with carpet & upholstery business, as well as six figure cleaning contracts, but also have a laugh with customers, and share a joke and opinion with customers, contract managers etc, a few years ago the HMRC rang and said they couldn find any record od stamp contributions for past 30 years, said no problem as we have always and still do pay by cheque, so have a record of payments, they rang back and said they found all our payments, as we were in a file of top ten earners on Teesside, from over 333,000 people, so must be doing something right.
People in glass houses.................

come on now, it was imo , and having a laugh, like all people who think they have made it, never bother replying, and give up when they know they have lost, have a laugh mate, and lighten up

yes, life would be boring if we didnt have opinions, I remember one link on here for window cleaning equipment, that was rubbish and double the price it would cost new. I e-mailed the seller, and double checked the price was right and said " the only way you would sell it is, if there is internet access in the mental hospital, his reply was humorous and said he hoped the did have internet access in the mental hospital, and if you cant have a laugh, life is not worth living.

I have posted this and look forward to your "one flew over the cuckoos nest coments", but at least i didnt post the first daft message about zip jackets.
Last question, are you blonde Helen ?
whatever is said, this is my last comment on this thread
