Does anyone know how much Pure Freedom charge to fit a tank with cage (only) into a van? about 250 or 350 litre
-
Yeh,
Just phoned yesterday, wanted quote to re fit my 350 litter tank into another van.....hey quoted between 400/500 include vat.......that was on proviso I had removed from my old vehicle first.
I purchased the system last nov from them, and I feel this price is a little "toppy" to say the least .......

Sounds like a fair price to me. Considering their overheads and the specialist work they provide and the price includes VAT (which would be between £70-90 - this does not go to Pure Freedom). Like most of us state on here, we are businessmen as well as wc's! No difference with PF

The job purefreedom do is great. Brought a fitted 2 man, 650l system 2 months ago for £2000 and they were totally professional, very impressed

As for the comment by Cockney Rebel, I hope your mate is well covered for this type of work? I wouldn't want to risk the possibility of the tank crushing me in an accident.

You take your chances in life my friend. Bit like working on ladders.

I have a 500 litre tank in my LWB Connect and cost me £600.00 from Graig at Crystal Pure Systems,I unbolted the tank frame from my Transit van and placed it into the new van and he just fitted it,he is based in Essex and was pleased with the price,it was either him or to drive up to Grimsby and have it done by Pure Freedom again as this is where I purchased it in the first place.
I think it's far more safer to get it done properly and is money well spent,in reality your life IS at risk!

I hardly ever need to use a ladder and when I do it's only ever one single flight. If any doubt I get me workmate to foot the ladder. Thus minimising the risk. Simple peeps!! ;)
As for taking my chances in life, yes you do but do you cross your eyes when crossing a busy main road?
