I did it just before the bad speal, was going to insulate it, I got a tube heater just under the RO, ive insulated all the tubes, put a heater in there and put a duvet  accross the door, didnt freeze up once.....

ive got some 25mm insulation celotex sheeting left over from a job
lining the walls and ceiling then plying the lot also celotexing under the floor
got my mate running a 10mm armoured cable down there for a few sockets
probably do a midnight raid up the alotment later and get myself a greenhouse heater for gratis
just changing the single door to a double means i can finish the work before installing a 600l ibc tank
im also sticking the water main in a trench to stop that freezing
it cheaper than paying out for a lock up unit

Just set up a similar system a few weeks ago, i intend to put an electric frost heater in there , the type that switches on if it detects frost then off again once a certain temp is reached. I'm also looking at those insulation boards used in loft conversions so hopefully i wont be frozen solid for a month like this winter with my van mount.
