i have been asked to sand a large paved yard. it is approxiamatly 1300 square metres. They client had previously sanded it with a mix of concrete and sand so some of the joints are already filled.
How long would it take and of course the important question how much do u reckon?!
the price would be without sand as the client thinks the will provide that.

It will take 1 person 2-3 days to do it and 35-45 bags of sand.

i think that seems about right. i came home and did some sums and talked to a local man who runs a paving company. He said each bag goes about 20m squared, so thats 65 bags but it never takes that many.
