Of those who have the 360i (the latest model) they give good reports.

I had one on demo for a week and whilst I didnt reckon it a "value for money" tool in MY business I did rate it very highly on performance.

I cleaned carpets very well at lower pressure then I use with a wand (200 as opposed to 400) thus saving water, and dried the carpets better IMO.

Definately worth considering seriously.

They look the business and from what I've heard do the business.
However I think they are grossly overpriced.
Look at the price differences.
Ashbys  £1295
WOC  £1485
Alltec  £1597

Not as much difference as you think John

check the Ashby price carefully - think you will find that does not include a head so need to add about £300

Why sell them without the head, your right Joe extra £250.
Are the other prices with the head?

Maybe they do it to look the cheapest so when you phone you think you getting the cheapest but then they hit you with an extra £295 for the head of your choice, you already on the phone so they hope you carry on with the order - even though now they are not the cheapest.
Also there are 4 heads to choose from, all the same price, so if they wanted they could advertise at the  head included price but add "includes one head of your choice".
