Hello guys i cleaned a drive recently and part of it was covered in white marks which still remain after cleaning any idea what may be causing this and how to remove it.
The area in pics is under a porch area the rest of the drive is fine came up lovely.

Looks like efflorescence

i have seen this before but not as much as this can it be removed

is this common when washing? does this happen after washing or is it sometimes already there on paving

Looks like clay pot plants etc. have been there. These can leave a permanent stain.

Would have to be very big clay pots this covers an area of 3 by 2 mtrs :)

Yes definitely efflorescence, i get it a lot when I'm cleaning Terracotta floors.
