Hi all,
after having to sub out 6 carpet cleans in as many weeks i feel i need to get my bum in gear and add it as a service, however this said i have very little knowledge in this area as we are still a fairly new company and have been focusing on commercial and domestic cleaning.
Im sure this question has been asked many times but i would value your opinions on how to start this up as i would not go into this without the correct training or the correct equipment.
Cheers :-\

Hi Lisa
Before you buy equipment, I'd suggest some training first. You will then have a better insight into what you'll be letting yourself in for. Also, much commercial work, esp. carpet tiles and CGD, will be cleaned with different equipment to Mrs Smith's lounge.
Depending on how your business plan looks, it still may be advantageous to continue with a good subby.
The NCCA in Leicester have a course due any day now. Prochem in Surrey have regular courses plus various others around the country.
Safe and happy cleaning :)
