Is there anybody that could recommend a company that would distribute my newsletter to my customers? ie. print the newsletter, stuff the envelope then post!
The company that I previously used for many years unfortunately do not provide this service anymore!
Yes I could do this myself but I simply do not have the time!

that's going to be expensive.
what about your, thank you, reminders, prospect follow up, and many other layers of mail that you should be sending out?
we have a riso, and a folding machine that makes things a lot easier. plus we hand write our envelopes and change the format as people get to know its from you and put it to one side to open later.
I take it you be writing your own content? this way you can add the personal touch.
we found that newsletters did not work well for us so we broke it down into a multi layer system now. as an example on a customers anniversary month they can get 4 letters. this has improved our response rates big time.

check out royal mail, they have an online service and the introductory is free last time i looked
