Title: pure water and algae

has any noticed, that algae forms much quicker from pure water in this warm weather, the tel tail signs is watching the sky light windows, every month they are greenish in colour, some walls of custys houses i do have paterns of algae down the walls from only the windows i wash, i am worrying a bit now, does no one else see this on the building they clean over a long period of time.

perhaps adding some IPA would solve that issue?

Hi Joe,

Have not noticed that, I do some come roofs monthly and some 6 monthly and cant say I have seen it on these either.

is there anyway your growing algae in your tank and tranfering it ?

i`ve seen bits of algae floating around in my static tank but never seen it on the job. My trasfer pump is filtered and so is my delivery pump in the van so dont think it would end up on the windows ect.
 what your seeing is probebly if the area on the house is constantly damp and your water is just adding to it. Do you see it on all your jobs??
