Hate doing these...generallty use m/s agitate and then towel generally good result ,find using hwe both messy and pulling on fabric, any ideas to aid my cleaners elbow,or golfers elbow if its quiet, simon

Simon, like you I had tendonitis in my elbow, and I was lucky enough to work for the then squash coach for Great Britain. Here is the treatment. Ibuprofen 400 mg. three times per day. Freeze pack the elbow for three cycles of 11 minutes, moving the elbow between cycles until pain is felt, do this once a day. When working, put a Sellotape width ligature quite tightly around the fattest part of the forearm(I used insulation tape) you will/should feel the difference immediately. Martin 606 also swears by ginger tablets to reduce inflammation. My problem was sorted in just over a fortnight as I recall. Best of luck, Mike

thank you for advice on the elbow putting it in to action immediatly anyone have ideas for the fabric please....cheers simon

what upholstery tool are you using?
you need a cfr are a holed curtain tool, I find buffalo easy and always get a good result with M/Sers and a good rinse.
