Title: Advice Please
Post by: kris martin on June 05, 2010, 09:05:38 pm
First of all does anybody know the website where you can calculate how much resin you will use to your tds vs water usage..

also nest weekend i am moving to a house that has a water meter so want to go from my RO only to DI only i was thinking 11 litre but not sure what the disadvantages or advantages would be going smaller to a 7 litre or bigger to a 25 litre,  my tds is really low between 40 and 60 and i only use about 200 litres a day 3 days a week, any preferences on what vessel or resin to get and where from???

cheers guys

kris

an 11 litre should last you about 2 months on your useage, I would use a twin system, so when your tds starts to rise i would put a fresh vessel after the rising vessil to get more use out of your resin

Kris yes it does, if you have a very fast tap though i would slow it down slightly, not so much of a problem on a two vessel set up.

Where to buy ?  same anywhere, they are all much the same price.
