Ok they haven't actually parked on it but why couldn't they just have moved it slightly? Luckily it wasn't a nightmare to reel in. I thought it was gonna catch on the tyre. I know it's a disabled bay but the person in question is pretty mobile.

how stupid, why would you run the hose underneath the car, wouldnt it have been easier to run your hose around it?  ;D

Maybe they could not move it, is that not a disabled parking bay! could be they could not bend down to move it and you should not have trailing hoses going through a disabled parking bay in the first place. ;D

Yeh funny. The road in question is a nightmare to find a parking space. I didn't plan to take it through the bay it just took the shortest route when I was out the back.

Could be worse I had a bloke in a builders actually park with the tyre on it and go to walk away.

'Oi no!' I said, I think he was a bit surprised cos I'm not a big guy and he was.
He walked over and I said, 'You can't park there mate, be reasonable'
And he moved it straight off, he hadn't seen it.
