hi
-
id say 200-250 if you could blitz it in a day it aint a bad price for days work

Probably about £255.00 for regular clean and if they havent been clean before say £300 for first clean, but at the end of the day its up to you what you would like to earn.

£200 (ish)

You can fly through flats once you've got them up to standard. I do a job where there are three blocks of twelve flats from one parking position. There are no access issues and the job is paid for in one lump by an agent. With doing the inside of the communal windows the whole lot takes me four hours (about 165 outside plus 20 panes (contained in six frames) per block on the inside). If you are competing on price and you really want the job, maybe bear that in mind.
BTW. The first clean was a full day.

£250

im quite happy with my pricing there haha considering iv never priced up a job like this everyone else seems to agree similar to my price ;D ;D ;D

Done twice a year it's basicly a 1st clean every time so I would price them at £10per unit =£340 per clean, obviously if you were doing a similar sized flat on a monthly cycle it would be a few pound less, but 6 months is a long stretch to leave them.

I'd agree, will be filthy every time so would charge two men one van £300 should be able to fit bit of extra work in the end of the day once you get used to the job to bump it up a bit
