Who uses yellow pages for their advertising?

Im going to be adding a advert in for Feb 2011. What size ads do you guys have and how much is it for the year

waste of money,  they are about 200 and have had 1 job of it,  spend ur time knocking

canvassing/leafleting/recommendation/working saturdays/always handing out business cards to new custys/having  a list of other services printed on your window cleaning tickets that you post when custy not in with your number on/wearing logo d uniforms etc


if you do all the above then you wont need to advertise in the yellow pages!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

i use yellow pages , and get quite a good response !

i have the free one on yell .com    had about 10 in last year.

very very very good i have 3 calls a day for yell.com and there very nice job to i have been over the moon

I use Yell.com and not in the Yellow Pages book.

But also on Googleas well just getting a website to see if i get many hits of that but i will see how it goes and then compare all.

As i assume most people nower days use the internet and suppose very little uses the yellow pages book.

I know i dont use yellow pages.
