Just saw this for sale , looks good price .

149 houses in widdrington station, morpeth, hadston, newbiggon, hauxley and a few in blyth makees an excess of £1000 a month will make more back in 2 months than what you are paying for it please only contact if definately interested as am really busy and dont want to have to show people round if they are just thinking about it this ad is for someone who is definately wanting a window cleaning round.

Window cleaning is very cheap around Newcastle thats the problem. Also its absolutely freezing in the winter months with the wind coming straight in off the north sea. Other than that its a beautiful part of the country and a great city.

20+ miles from Newcastle by the way!!!! I live in Hadston! A few in Newbiggin & Blyth..not a compact round thats for sure!!!

I just saw this round advertised on gumtree and thought somone on here might be interested !

149 houses spread over a very large area, can only be a few in each location, I would probably cull a few straight away if I took it on!

Well they arnt asking a lot for the round ! If it was closer to me I would buy it  ;D
