Title: rust stains on conservatory roof

i got a conservatory roof that i gta clean which has a big rust stain from a cage above dripping onto it, what do i need to remove this? its a good customer so want to do a real good job 4 them!!

seriously though. it depends on how old the stain is, some will come off easy just using traditional methods others wont i had a job today where the bloke had put a saw on window sill and the rust stain wouldn't come off for love or money(had been there for less than 4 weeks), if it had been on the glass i would have tryed a scraper blade and some elbow grease.

What sort of customer has a cage above conservatory roof? Sounds a bit weird to me! It's not the witch in Hansel and Gretels place is it?
