Daniel,

Why not set your topic up as a 'poll', you might get more responses and hence a more general picture.

Regards.

Daniel,

As I quote almost all jobs over the phone I quote per room so price per square metre will vary.

Commercial I generally quote face to face and here price will depend on a number of factors , such as;

size of job,
state of carpet,
when to be cleaned,
payment terms,
how confident i am of getting job,
how much i want job

So in answer to your question there are so many variables that i do not have a price per square metre.

Cheers,

Doug

Hi
Its a commercial job with 1 room of 80sq meter`s,and another room at 40 sq meters, its to be cleaned on a weekend, payment will be 30 days,im pretty confident of gettin the job as i know them well as we have cleaned there windows for over 15 years and they like/trust us,would like to get the job as we have 2 cc not workin flat out its been a little quite last couple of weeks.
We only really ever clean domestic and never quoted by sq meter, but i sent 500 letters out in our window cleanin invoices which are all commercial and had quite a good response so we are plannin to put a letter in every invoice(over 2000 commercial) so thats why im interested in what kind of price i can quote dont want to undercut myself etc.
Thanks
Daniel
