phoned cleantech in kilmarnock monday 22nd at 4-50 pm - needed replacement equipment URGENTLY!! 
 TNT carrier at my door in kidderminster (298 mlies away) 8-10am tuesday 23rd.
that's service for you

Phoned williamson pumps 4pm new pump arrived 7.30am next day..

Its nice to see good service = Down time 0
