Title: Need some help with Invoice
Post by: Bartosz on May 27, 2010, 11:38:22 pm
Hi guys...

I just done one EOT cleaning (1bedroom flat) and EA asked me to do one more this time 2 bedroom house EOT incl windows. He`s happy with my price and service :)) He want me to provide invoice...
and now is my question...

Do I have to give him just an invoice? or something else? Should I provide job description form?
He just said about invoice but I dont want any problems with this TRANSACTION. Does invoice has to be signed be me or him? Do I have to provide one copy for myself and one copy for EA?

Thanks help :))

Hi

I started out giving a desription of what was done, but it's time consuming.

When you get to the stage where you may do 40-60 a month it becomes unpractical and you are increasing your workload.

Just give an invoice, only give a description if they ask for it for a TDS issue.

Do you not have an accountancy package.

Like Sage or the cheaper one Quickooks. Save you typing stuff out once it been entered. You can have discriptions or codes, automated invoice numbers, PO numbers for re-occuring jobs, even bank money, checks, remittence advice etc.
