how much would you pay for someone to drop 5000 flyers all in one area
-
i use several lealeters and pay between £15-£35 per 1000 the one I pay £35 to just delivers our leaflet which gets a much better result than with others. I must say 5000 isnt a great deal, we have done nearly 60,000 already this year

What kind of return do you see on your flyers Lee? I imagine areas differ greatly but I am told around 1% is normal.
Would you agree?
-
it can be 0.3-1.5% depending on the area, how many are delivered with yours, the design of the leaflet, the weather at the time of delivery, the day of the week, the time of the day.
Im happy with anything over 0.5%

i knocked out myself about 3000 over about 4 days i think i had in the end about 30 inquiries which i thought was pretty good
but i aint got time to deliver myself but need to advertise to expand

I think thats a good result,
we order batches of 30,000 a time, it takes 5-6 weeks to deliver them.
It has taken years to build a team of good leafleters, although I did do 120,000 through royal mail in 2007 total cost of that was £7000. you need to be on the lookout for people leafleting then aproach them, never advertise for one or they will end up in a bush, look into producing a larger amount of leaflets also.
