Title: slitting sections!!

Hi, can anyone tell me if they have split a hxtel pole down, i have a 27 footer on its way bought off fleebay and want to take the bottom section off, is it possible without getting me saw out? thanks

yea, i use one thats got 7 sections and just taken out the top 4 and use that,  u just have to undo the the clamps with a screw driver and remove the clamp,  its really easy
