Commercial window cleaning round for sale...Derby city center.

Hey all.

This round was established by my farther in 1969.. i have been involved since 1988...needless to say this is a well established business..with a well built good reputation..
The work is based in Derby city center...and consists of...
 
  74 shops (ranging from daily clean to weekly cleans)
  10 pubs
  15 office`s
    1 bus depo & workshop
  15 houses

I work on my own...working 6/7 hours a day (5 days) and
All work is either ground floor shop work or wfp work...so no ladders. van not used 3 days a week so low running costs.

I will be looking at offers over £15`000

Van and wfp system sold seperately.

Reason for sale... im moving to Canada to be with my new wife..

im not interested either m8 but i to just want to wish you the very best. If I lived nearer Derby I would snap your hand off though, it sounds like a bargain.

why cant this sort of work cum up nearer me bloody take 1 hour 45 mins to get to derby from mine ??? ??? ??? ???

Theres some commercial work for sale in blackburn archer 15 k for 13-1400 a month  , 9 stores cleaned weekly i think check wforsale .co.uk
