Title: free website publishing..?

Have a couple of domains names and want to try and build a couple of sites.. But being a tight ass want to try and do it myself.. Anyone got any ideas where I can get some templates so I can put my own text in and what software is best/easiest to use...

I'm using mircosoft's free website builder smallbusiness officelive com which is easy to use and has a range of templates for you to use.
