Title: no clean rug
Post by: colin thomas on May 22, 2010, 06:15:50 am
went to a customers house the other day to quote and while in the lounge she asked if i could include a rug that was there. it was black and looked a 'shiny' type of fibre, silky? anyway she said that the instructions told her NOT TO VACUUM it. seems odd. anyone know what material this might have been. i told her i wont clean it incase i ruin it,

Colin

It could of been viscose or polyester used to create a special high sheen and lustre.

A double act is a comic pairing in which humor is derived from the uneven relationship between two partners, usually of the same gender, age, ethnic origin and profession, but drastically different personalities or behavior. Often one of the double act, the straight man is portrayed as reasonable and serious, and the other one, the funny man or comic is portrayed as funny, less educated or less intelligent, or unorthodox.

I wonder which Colin is which ;D

I only know the Colin T of the double act, Nigel.  He's reasonable, comic & unorthodox.

So kind of cuts across both sections of your theory.

Sorry Colin F - doesn't seem to leave many plus points for you ;) ;)
